ANSWER  

In the hospital where I currently practice, we show compassion, caring, confidence, and communication.  Most of the floors have caring attributes comprised of bedside shift report with patients present, a floor supervisor who comes and talks with each member of their floor staff every month, humor, and problem-solving skills.
