ANSWER 

What went well for me in the simulation of Luciana Gonzalez is was when I was performing her assessment, I felt confident that I was asking the correct questions to get to her diagnosis.  I felt confident in the ability to know her heart sounds, probably because I was a tele nurse for so long.  However, I did find that when I was doing it the first-time vs the second time that questions that where important in the assessment that I had ask the first time I had forgot to ask the second time and viscera.  ……please click the icon below to purchase full answer at $5
