ANSWER 

In my role as HPCA it is my duty to go to every rapid response and code that is called in the facility.  So, the assessment that I normally perform is an emergency assessment.  In our reading this week we read that with an emergency assessment it is a rapid assessment performed in life threating situations where an immediate assessment is needed to provide treatment as quickly as possible.
