The approved case scenario is of Patient Y, a Hispanic aged 45 years, presents complaining of extreme hip pain.  The patient was involved in a fatal accident six months ago which resulted to total hip replacement. Since then, he has been complaining of chronic hip pain. His orthopedist prescribed ibuprofen to manage the pain.
