When I first experienced healthcare information systems, I thought I would never get a grasp of it. Information technology has always been perceived as a difficult area of practice. Therefore, the initial attitude to information technology is always negative. Over the years though, I have been trying to learn more about the health information system. The emergence of the COVID 19 made the need to be technologically competent more apparent. We had to embrace telehealth, whether prepared or not.
