Ethics in Business

Based on the Guardian article (2019), Nestle Company has been found guilty of engaging in unethical business practices with regards to the marketing of its Baby Formula in the United States. This is because the company advertises the Nestle Baby Formula as the best milk for infants claiming that the ingredients used in the formula are nutritious and help with the growth and development of infants. Besides, the advertisement has been accused of discouraging mothers from breastfeeding their babies which paves way for increased obesity among infants.
