(Answered) NR703 Week 2 Assignment; Strengths-to-Strategies, Curriculum Vitae, and Action Plan

COURSE

NR703 Applied Organizational and Leadership Concepts

The purpose of this assignment is to develop (a) a leadership strength-to-strategy plan, (b) a professional
curriculum vitae (CV), and (c) an action plan for leadership formation. The strengths-to-strategy plan
(from the Week 1 interactive) formulates a plan to guide leadership development. The CV provides the
professional foundation for the DNP portfolio through documentation of professional and academic
accomplishments. The action plan addresses gaps or developmental opportunities in the CV while
applying strategies from the strength-to-strategy plan. The strengths-to-strategy plan, professional CV,
and developmental action plan contribute to the student’s professional development of skills and
competencies relevant to the DNP scholar as a leader.

ANSWER

Strengths-to-Strategy, Curriculum Vitae, and Action Plan

Leadership is an important role to develop for the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) scholar. While some are natural-born leaders, others need to work on their skills and develop their strengths and overcome weaknesses. This paper serves to outline current strengths and how to strategize leveraging weaknesses to overcome and adapt, a brief overview of an up-to-date curriculum vitae (CV), and an action plan to strengthen the CV. Leadership is the continuation of self-assessment to grow and be influential (Marshall & Broome, 2017).

Strengths-to-Strategy Plan

To develop a plan to improve strengths and weaknesses, it helps to first identify what those strengths and opportunities for improvement are. Over the next few paragraphs, we will identify those strengths and opportunities and work through a strategic plan to turn those opportunities into strengths and finally how to leverage those strengths and the strengths of others to develop those leadership skills.……please click the icon below to purchase full answer at $15
