ANSWER

I really enjoyed this assignment and look forward to the goals set in place to further my level of understanding in informatics and the benefits it may reap in future practice.

  1. How is informatics used?

Nursing informatics is used in a multitude of ways to support not only healthcare providers but improve the health care of patients.  I have come to realize that I use informatics daily.  As a healthcare provider, anytime data is collected on a patient, such as vitals, interpreted through basic nursing knowledge and experience, with a care plan or intervention determined, informatics has been used and disseminated to the patient in the form of a care plan.  This method of informatics is something I use daily in my place of work.……..please click the icon below to purchase full answer at $10
